In a touching gesture of compassion, Alhaji Seidu Agongo donated GHC 50,000.00 to the wife and children of the late Sanni Jaja (former Deputy Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). In a separate gesture, Alhaji Agongo also donated GHC 5,000.00 to the National Chief Imam to offer special prayers for the President of the Republic (H.E. John Dramani Mahama)for spiritual enhancement, divine wisdom, and for Mallams across the country.
According to him, a nation does not only need economic policies and infrastructure – it needs spiritual guidance and wisdom for its leaders. By supporting the Chief Imam to pray for the President, he has shown that he believes in a Ghana that is led with both knowledge and the fear of God.
