The Supreme Court of Ghana by a unanimous decision have quashed the re-collation of Parliamentary results in four constituencies.
The constituencies are Okaikwei Central, Ablekuma North, Tema Central and Techiman South.
The highest court of the land while upholding portions of the request for certiorari filed by the NDC held the re-collation in two other constituencies, Nsawam-Adoagyiri and Ahafo Ano South East should stand.
The court also ordered that the case should be given to another high court judge to preside over who will grant all parties hearing.
