The Kumasi High Court has dismissed an injunction application against the burial and final funeral rites of late legendary musician, Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, known as Daddy Lumba.
The court at its sitting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 asked the family to continue with arrangements towards the final send off of the legendary musician who passed away on in the early hours of July 26, 2025, Lumba at The Bank Hospital in Accra.
